We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our patients and families. In an effort to make sure we have adequate openings for all children, we require a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice. No-showed appointments or same day cancellations (including same-day urgent appointments) will result in a $25.00 cancellation/no-show fee. The fee must be paid in full prior to the child’s next appointment. Please note that insurance companies do not cover these fees, therefore you will be responsible for payment. After three no-call no-shows the office may choose to terminate the provider-patient relationship.
